A privately operated personal assistant

Your day.
A little clearer.

GPT_SmokeyP brings email, calendars, and everyday questions into one conversation, with AI running on the owner’s own hardware.

Personal use. Private access. No public sign-up.

Useful in the everyday

Less searching.
More getting things done.

The assistant uses authorized connections to help with specific requests. Each connection uses the permissions approved for that Google account.

Make sense of your inbox.

Gmail integration

Search messages, read conversations, and summarize what matters. Send or reply when instructed, create labels, and archive or restore selected messages. The current integration does not download attachments or expose trash or permanent-delete actions.

Find room in your day.

Google Calendar integration

View calendars and events, check availability, and create or update events on request. Event deletion uses a preview and confirmation step. Calendar access is limited by the permissions of the connected Google account.

Keep the conversation useful.

A private assistant workspace

Ask questions, draft text, and work through everyday tasks in a privately hosted Open WebUI workspace. Connected information can become part of the conversation and its saved history; the privacy policy explains what is retained.

Know where your information goes

Personal assistance.
Clear boundaries.

Google account content is processed by the private assistant to answer requests. It is not published on this website, sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models.

How data is accessed, stored, and deleted
  1. You authorize an account.

Google handles sign-in and consent. GPT_SmokeyP receives authorization tokens, not your Google password.

  2. You ask for help.

The private assistant uses the connected service and locally hosted AI to carry out the request.

  3. You stay in control.

Review actions, revoke Google access, and request deletion of locally retained data.

A few practical answers

Before connecting an account.

Can anyone sign up here?

No. GPT_SmokeyP is a personal project with privately administered access. This website provides information and policies; it does not connect accounts or host the assistant.

Why does it need Gmail permissions?

Gmail access supports searching and reading messages, sending requested replies, and organizing mail. The current permission is gmail.modify. Although Google’s permission includes broader capabilities, the current assistant integration does not expose trash or permanent-delete actions.

Does the AI learn from my email?

Connected content can be supplied to the locally hosted model to generate a response. That is inference, not training: Google user data is not used to train or fine-tune general-purpose models. Content may still be retained in saved chats and private backups.

How do I disconnect or delete my data?

Remove GPT_SmokeyP’s access through your Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not erase saved conversations or backups. Contact mckechniep@gmail.com to request local data deletion.
